I found a photograph of the artwork for my 56 Lonestar online. I took this photo to a local sign shop. For about $157 I had new bow and stern decals that matched the original painted on logos. My decals were large and required some computer mock up. Yours depending upon size may be less expensive. I would just take a photograph of what you want and go from there. Being able to polish vinyl seems unlikely to me.
