Thank you all for your reccomendations and help. I hadn't planned on removing any seats or messing with the flotation. The brackets are going to hold the braces between the first seat and second seat(2,2x4's) that the casting deck, 5/8" marine grade plywood, will sit on. The cating deck will be sitting flat on the seats with the two 2x4 braces giving it more support in the middle open space. Now will the blind rivits hold under my weight on the casting deck? If not then I have to remove the seats I guess
