Internet information on Duratech seems to be very slim. "Bob" is incorrect about "several sites" on the web with information. There seems to be next to nothing on those sites. The Duratech Manufacturing Corporation was in Peekskill, NY, and they made these boats...but you won't find much more out there. Try the 'iboats' forum as well...lots of good information there. In fact there is a question about Duratech boats posted there just now, so maybe that guy will get some answers that you can glean from. That said, I'll shut my big yapper! Best to you, man.
