Bilge Pumps

I am in a quandry, so I will leave the decision up to all of you(who seem to really know what they are talking about). There are so many bilge pumps out there I can't decide which one is good for my application.....a 14' Alumacraft, that will soon have a wood floor and casting deck. Questions- 1. what size pump?, 2. What make is the best?, 3.automatic or not?, 4. Since I am going to be fishing part time in the front of the boat and part-time in the back of the boat do I need 2 pumps or just two switches? I don't mind buying 2 pumps. Thank you
