Method for fitting trailer to boat.

Drop all rollers to lowest position on trailer frame. Boat should now be sitting on bunks.

Lower bunks until boat keel is touching highest roller. (Bunks may also need adjustment inward or outward from the keel.)

Adjust remaining rollers upward with each roller applying some pressue on keel. (A small hydraulic bottle jack is ideal. Sears for about $10.00)

Boat should be moved forward or backward for adjustment so that the bunks extend 1 or 2 inches back beyond the tansom for proper transom support.

If you have a transducer mounted on transom be carefull that the bunks do not interfer with the transducer.

Adjust winch stand to meet bow of boat.

If an small adjustment for tongue weight is required, moving the boat a slight amount may be adequate. If a major adjustment is required move the axle forward to lighten the tongue or back to apply more weight to the tongue.
