Gregor oar lock socket placement ???

I have a 14.5' Gregor, model CH-45L, that I want to install oar lock sockets in. I purchased them from the factory, but (even though I asked for them) they did not include measurements for placement. Is there a standard measurement for how far behind the rear of the center seat to install oar lock sockets? The boat has a 67" beam. Any assistance would be appreciated, especially from Gregor owners.
