Yes to all the above except points and condenser. I'll check those, what is the gap set point? I am going to start at .030. I have a Tecumseh mod 217-49591. I was told it only takes gas and air cooled. I had re-adjust the float and it got better but not good enough to go fishing. Do you have the float measurement? I think think this could be the key. When I pulled the plug it was soaked like it was being flooded. How about the air to fuel idle adjust what is the starting point.
