I don`t know the Force motor but some motors have a fast idle setting for starting and running during warmup.Perhaps it is set wrong or stuck::broken etc.Get it solved before you ruin your shift dog shifting at high speed will prematurely wear the dog. There is also chance there is a vacume leak in the intake,a loose carb, bad vacume hose. When it does this look at the throttle plate in the carb.at idle it should almost comepletely closed.study the linkage to see if you can sewe tha problem.loose, jammed etc.
