Thanks Ed for your reply. I used 3 cans of carb & choke cleaner...blasted it down the tubes and...well everywhere. I am confident that the lines are clean :) However, there was resistance on the larger lines (the ones that bring the fuel to the carbs). Is this normal due to the diaphram or something? I couldn't even blow through them without intense pressure. I had replaced the fuel filter prior and notice no activity within it when the engine is going. Is that an issue? I cannot force any more fuel to the carbs from the primer bulb. There is strong resistance after I fill the filter. And you're right, it sat for a year.
