I have an 59' Evinrude 15 hp fastwin. It has a pressure tank. I usually vent the tank a little for trailoring so as not to build up too much pressure when not needed. The other day after I closed the tank at the ramp (temp in the mid 80's), I noticed I had some full leaking from the drain hole on the engine cover and down the shaft. Releasing the pressure stopped the flow. We went out for a little bit but fuel began leaking again. Near the choke, engine has an air-idle valve, and a high-low speed fuel adjustment valve. I've monkeyed with them some during operation to try and get increased speed and better idling. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing with my pressuized tank and these two valve settings to avoid fuel spillage? I'm not sure where the fuel was actually coming from but it was pouring out of the drain hole in a pretty good stream. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
