Yes the high speed orifices in the carb will need changing to correct the fuel/air mix. The air is thinner at high altitude and therefore requires less fuel to acheive the correct ratio. Note however engines will alway produce less power at high altitude than at lower ones due to the less dense fuel/air charge to the cylinders.
