Find an intake transfer port cover off a later model Big Twin and you should be able to use that to feed a fuel pump.

The typical OMC Big Twin setup with fuel pump screwed directly to the port cover would probably work nicely in your case.

I'm not sure if the setup you see on 35's and 40's, with a larger pump bolted to the intake cover, would fit but you could also try that if you can find a parts motor.

One last option: if there's enough meat in the 25HP intake covers to drill a hole, take one of the covers off, drill and tap for 1/8" NPT threaded fitting, and put a 90 deg fitting in there, to which you can attach a vacuum line to a separately-mounted fuel pump. There's any number of stand-alone fuel pumps that you could use. In this case, you wouldn't want the kind that bolts directly to the intake cover, but rather one that's set up for a hose to go to the intake port vacuum source.

Lots of parts on eBay and I bet one of the other post-ers here probably has what you need.
