Not sure who made your motor for Sears but Lynn should know. Look on the head of the motor for a thermostat. If there is one, it might be frozen. Check the water delivery tube from the lower impeller to the power head to see if it is clear. If you have two impellers, one should be for a Bail A Matic feature that allows you to pump water out of the boat and should have a weighted foot with a hose to lay it in the bottom of the boat so the second impeller can pump out any water out that might get in the boat. If it has two impellers then it was probably made by Scott/Atwater or McCullough who bought out S/A.
