The piss hole should be the one next to the nozzle cable. If you have no water strainer (you really need one) then the water inlet will be direct to the bottom of the manifold. After some talk with the friends I believe the water flows thru the heads only. Mine is doing the same thing, 5 min or so then off goes the horn. I isolated it to the over temp switch on the starboard side. I believe the the switch is bad as I have checked water flow thru the heads and out the piss hole. At the top of the heads port and starboard sides you will find a water hose from each side that tees into 1 and goes to the water box (muffler) Take the hoses off at the tee and start the boat in water and see if you have a good stream coming from both hoses. If that is good reinstall and check for water coming out of the pisser. If it is flowing there will be a good stream coming from the piss hole. It will take 5 or 10 secs for the system to fill before you will get water flow. I checked mine for good water flow all thru and was satisfied, so I disconnected the switch on the starboard head and have used the boat for hours and have not had a problem. The overtemp switch is a simple thermostat style switch, when the water temp heats up it opens and makes a ground against the head and beeeeep. I suspect after time the spring gets weak, it is not a heavy one like in the thermostats. If you go to and click on the parts button, it will open a new browser to the bombardier/johnson site, at the bottom of that page is a link to engine diagrams, that will take you to a drop down menu, pick turbojet, then year and you will get a complete parts breakdown for that motor and get an idea of what the system is made up of. Hope this helps Clay
