Mark:
Your outboard is a 1974. My manual says to use a fuel/oil ratio of 48:1 but my personal opinion would go with 40:1 of TC-W3. The lower unit uses SAE 90 EP oil or a quality outboasrd motor gear lube. The spark plug is a Champion J13Y or modern equivalent gapped at 0.025. Points are set at 0.020. The powerhead is air cooled but the lower leg is water cooled by an impeller type water pump. It is a direct drive. These are good little outboards for the price and intended purpose. Some parts and manuals are available from CEPCO (formerly Clinton Engine Corp) 605 E Maple, Maquoketa, Iowa 52060. Ph 563-652-2411, FAX 563-652-3427.
