On some motors you may need to unhook the lingage
so you can turn the adjustment far enough.Then attach the linkage in a midway position.The hicup
or sneeze is a classic lean symptom.Could be the adjustment.Or the carb may need further attention.Usually if the choke helps it indicates
a fuel supply problem.Sometimes bad crank seals can cause idling problems.If there is a bad upper crank seal you will find fuel residue under the flywheel.If you pull the plugs and crank it by hand you should be able to feel the crankcase compression if the seals are good.Its not like regular compression but you can feel it and sometimes you can hear a little puck-puck as you crank it over.
