I think the best bet for your questions is Peter Hunns "The Old Outboard Book".You may find it at the library.There is a section with some Sea King id numbers.And lots of info on outboard motors.A interesting read.I think you mean Scott Atwater motors.These were built from 46-59 and then were purchased by McCulloch.Becoming Scott then ScottMcCulloch and finally McCulloch.In 58 McCulloch was getting 60 hp out of a 63 cube 3 cylinder and in 61 75 hp out of the same size block.Evinrude was getting 50 out of 70 cubes in 58.And 75 out of a 89 cube V4 in 61.
