I`m no expert on that motor but depending on the intake and exhaust I`m betting you`ll need gaskets at least for them.Can`t help you on the cam though my guess if there is a difference it is
so it breathes better at higher rpms.If you don`t have marine carb and flash supresser you will need them.You will need marine rated alternater
and starter as they are sealed to reduce sparks in the bilge and to keep moisture out.If you run
regular units it will be like driving a bomb if
you get any kind of fuel vapors in the bilge.Distributer needs to be marine rated as well.
