Thanks for the reply, but I don't understand why the tag also says 8hp@4000rpm ? Boat motors are new to me, Igot this one as partial trade on a hit& miss engine I sold. I like because it is a lot smaller than that old Witte I had. I was able to get this one running after a little cleaning of shlack out of the gas lines and tank. Seems to run exellent.
