Your motor was built by West Bend. Specs are;
12 hp at 4,000 rpm.,17.71 cu. in. 80 - 90 lbs. compression,H8J plug at .030.,points at .020.
fuel mix 24:1 use TCW3 rated oil.
Motor is a 58.
Prep::,Spray lube into the cylinders,Go through the fuel system from tank to carb with special attention to cleaning.Change lower unit lube.
Check the impeller,it will probably need replacing.West Bend was purchased by Chrysler
about 1965 so there is a slim chance some
parts may fit your motor. Try Laings outboards for parts.
