Can anyone tell me where the fuses for this engine are located.(1994 70hp.Yamaha outboard) My mechanic said they are on the starboard side of the motor but I can't seem to find them. Engine will not start, dead short somewhere...or a bad fuse....can't find either. Everything else works fine, engine simply will not start..... Any suggestions.....HELP!....Gritz2u
