The bushings are part of the the lower unit
casting.

If the shafts have excessive run-out due to
worn bushings, chances are the new seals
won't last long.

If I were you, and did not want to invest in
new castings (used parts may be little better)
I would put it back together as best I could
and run it, keeping in mind that it's days
are numbered. Still, most people (me included)
have so little time to spend on the water that
this motor could literally be running years
from now. And then again, maybe not.

You could also have a machine shop bore-out the
bushings and "sleeve' them, but how much cash do you want to put into this thing?
