When you say the bubble loses prime do you mean
the primer bulb?Does it collapse?If it does
then line is being blocked between the tank and bulb.Perhaps something in the bulb itself.
Is the connector being pushed/pulled/jammed
or twisted?Even though you replaced lines be sure
they are not being pinched or stretched causing
it to suck air or block flow.
Could be something with the fuel pump.Probably wouldn`t be to much to rebuild or replace.
See if it will stay running with the tank
higher than the carb.
