Neptune Mighty Might Model # 500

My brother in-law has a Neptune Mighty Might Model # 500 and is looking to totally restore the motor. We are having problems finding where to get parts, decal's, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have found that there is a repair manual out there for sale for older boat motors but that is all so far. Thanks again.
