I recently rebuilt my 1994 70hp.Yamaha outboard. New pistons, rings, bearing and rods. I wish to know what is the safe/maxium operating RPM range of the engine. There is less than 10 hours on the motor. Please reply via e-mail....Thanks, Bill Neely, Carlina Beach,NC
