15HP JOHNSON-HOW TO MAKE IT FASTER

I have a 15hp Johnson (1996). Does any one know of ways to make if run faster or how to get more horse power out of the engine? I know the obvious thing to do is buy a larger motor and I have 25hp. What I really want to do is make my 15hp run like a 20 of 25. If any one knows how to perform such miracles I would appreciate the info. Thanks, Ben
