Your motor is a 1959. Ther are only the cable controls for this motor.the motor should be all white.
what plugs into the side of the motor is all of the electrical hook up.Most of the old cables sets will have atleast some dammage to them. It might be pricey but a dealer might have or be able to get you a new set.
