Seems to come and go - not at all predictable. The fact that it will sometimes run out and other times not as well as running better if the throttle is gradually advanced vs twisted full open abruptly really throws me. It seems like you are running about 3/4 full throttle and it will not rev on up - slow down and gradually crankit up and it will plane off - usually.
Could it be not getting enough air in the air/fuel mixture? If it was fuel only would not pumping on the bulb have an effect? Only thing I have done that shows any effect at all is pulling the choke in and out quickly - this seems to allow it to pick up a bit. And yes, I'm stumped.
