Your Neptune was built 1957-1960. I don't have access to ser. nos. so I don't know exactly when. I'm at this very moment looking at a generic service manual that shows your outboard. The manual is "Old Outboard Motor service manual-volume 1" covering motors below 30hp prior to 1969. Check with your library. Other manuals such as Seloc or Clymers may cover it.
