After setting back and thinking about your motor problem.

My first instinct told me a bad ignition componet somewhere. I think I will stick with that. I think you have something weak in your ignition. I have personally had bad spark plugs out of the box. They will jump a 1/2" gap in air, but add compression and they will NOT spark. You might try a set of new L77JC4 plugs.

Your symptoms are of a rich running (smoke)(loading up) motor. Like I said before, I think you either have a bad ignition or your getting way too much fuel somewhere. Normally I find that ignition components are more likely to fail than a fuel system. If you have cleaned everything, and are sure its perfect. I suggest swapping leads around on your coils, see if the problem follows your coils. If not change the pak, check the trigger coil for corrosion.

Let me know what you come up with.
