According to him you can buy a kit with the parts (starter, fly wheel, wiring harness) for around $300 not including labor if you have someone else install it. Apperantly some manual start motors already have the electric start fly wheels leaving less parts to have to buy to do the conversion which obviously saves money. If the teeth on your fly wheel look like a comb as opposed to saw teeth then you will need a new fly wheel.
