My son just went from a 2 strode to a 4 stroke--both 115hp Yam. -- loss of "power to water" was significant -- now he is thinking of going to 150hp to make up the difference in lost "power" --heard this from other people too -- you may not have to worry about the "xtra" push on your transom/stringers ????
