I was introduced to the Great Lakes Whirlaway by my favorite uncle in the mid-50s and saved my butt off (18 bucks) for 3 months in 1958 to buy the Imperial hanging above the counter at the local Coast to Coast store. I was as pround as could be of my purchase and amazed that no one snatched it out from under me as I accumulated pennies and dimes. I fished with it for 6 years, retiring it when I found open face reels to be less troublesome and quicker to untangle. I still have it, my uncle's, my Dad's, and an unused reel-end-only that I picked up at a tackle shop. I want to revive them without cannibalizing, so need a source for parts. Other than swap meets, does anyone know of a good source?......Thanks.......Hillsky
